On 8/2/26 @11am I came to Firestone to have a tire plugged due to a screw. What was an otherwise fine visit, as my tire was plugged correctly (so far so good), my Apex rims were damaged due to the machine that is necessary for remounting low profile tires being broken. The tech wrestled with my tire and wheel on the regular machine with metal pry bars, and damaged the rim. I came in and explained this has happened before at other shops and I did not want any problems, yet it happened anyways. The tech then lied saying that it was there before, which was never the case when a 25 min tire plug and remount and balance took about an hour with him fighting the tire to get it back on. I watched him the whole time, trying several times to remount it. Now, I have to wait two weeks to get the rim re-finished when the shop owner comes back from vacation, but I don’t know the extent of the damage to the rim under the tire since his pry bars were used with significant force on those areas. I was very disappointed due to my concerns being voiced before hand and practically ignored. I have had a different rim fully replaced by another company/shop due to their negligence in the same situation, t

Came to this Firestone that was not very busy with a bunch of employees. Took over 2 hours for an oil change and when my car was finished they parked it and never brought out my key to get me out of there. Just had me sitting for more time. Been here from 11:30 to 1:30 so far. Then when I asked about it the guy acted so busy on the phone instead of helping the customer right in front of him with a vehicle that’s already complete. Won’t be back here for anything. Then in my “inspection report” it says I need new tires. I just bought new tires 3 months ago! 🤣 place is a scam and a joke. STAY AWAY! Would give negative stars if I could.

I called Firestone Complete Auto Care and spoke with a customer service representative named Alex, and the experience was excellent. Alex took his time answering all of my questions and made sure I understood every option available to me. Since I’m always on the road, I asked about specials and deals, which led to a really helpful conversation about their Lifetime Alignment program for tire and wheel alignments and more. His product knowledge was outstanding, and his customer service was top-tier. I truly appreciate the patience and professionalism, and I look forward to coming in soon for service.

Great job on a very cold day! The Mgr. Alex even helped my son who was stuck in the driveway from the snow. Great customer service! The guys were friendly and explained the services I needed down to the smallest details and that was very appreciative. I will return for other recommended services.
